Ensuring the Best Experience

At Lifestyle Nails, I always want to make sure my valued clients have the best experience possible. Please take a moment to review my policies to ensure you understand my operations procedures.

𝐁𝐎𝐎𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐘
𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭:

✨A non-refundable $30 deposit is required at the time of booking to be accepted. (Will go toward total service)

✨Please send the deposit via Venmo to @lifestylenails or CashApp to $lifestylenails with your name and date.


✨If no deposit is received, your appointment will be denied and given to another interested client.


CANCELLATION POLICY

I respectfully ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment.

✨You will lose your deposit if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours. 


𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐘:

Life happens, traffic, weather, accidents, etc. - I get it. If you are running late please call and text right away. I will try to accommodate the services scheduled, however after 10 minutes your appointment is subject to change. Please understand this is never a ‘punishment’. It is only to prevent overlap into the rest of the appointments within the day. Thank you in advance for your consideration!

✨ I do not accept walk in.

✨Please no additional guests and no kids for safety reasons.
✨I accept cash (preferred), CashApp or Venmo as payments only.
✨I don't work over other people's work. If you are a new client, please come in without previous nails on.
✨Due to COVID-19: Mask is required during your service regardless

of vaccination status.
